my frustration flew out the window, the moment I saw him standing there.
leaning against the wall and squinting at me with his really cute halfsmile.
he held his arms out open for me, and I sank into them.
as he kissed my forehead, I relished the fact that I was away from home, and finally, finally had breathing space.
the last few weeks have taken their toll on me..
but guess what, YEAR 1 IS COMPLETELY OVER!:D
well okay, i have no more official classes, and only one assignment to hand in.
But no more presentations, staying up late and shit!
just one exam on february 15th!
and also, on the 31st of january, wee little Nayli Halilah was born.
my first niece, and the littlest sister to these boys.
god they can be such a handful when they mess up my room and refuse to listen.
but they can be such angels, not to mention adorable.

baby nayli
what a cute little thing!
well okay, so newborns still look pretty much the same to me.
but when i cradled her in my arms, she was so precious and fragile.
i wanted to hold her for hours.
well hafiz sent me off to mount alvernia after our dinner.
holdingofhands and loadsandloads of hugs :)
and now that presentations are done, i'd really like to say that it was awesome working with farah, peter and valli.
we've got undeniable group chemistry.
and through the countless lunches, staying back at ourspace for up to 8-9 hours working on projects, online conferences, phonecalls and emails..
we've grown much much closer!
:)
presentation day, where we all decided to don black/semi formal.
bloody classmates said i looked like a stewardess with my dress and velvet heels.
thats okay, but having people call out "Can i get a coffee please?" "A pillow?" is ...
okaylah, kinda funny.
us before speech training.
peter being really mature as usual
still can't believe sem 2 is so over soon. :(
love,nafeesa.
